Overview

Project MVP are an established fitness testing company who currently travel around the UK providing assessment days for school, universities and sports clubs. Our bespoke benchmarking and comparison software allow us to scout for the most talented athletes across the country and put them in contact with professional teams who are recruiting for talent. Position Description As a testing assistant you will be responsible for helping set up each event to MVP specifications and testing athletes across a wide range of athletic disciplines. You will deliver and guide the athletes through a series of assessments aligned with MVP’s athletic development framework and philosophy to athletes participating in a wide range of sports. You can be based anywhere in the UK. Key Responsibilities: Setting up the event to specification at the venue Deliver specific explanations of each test to guide the athletes through the test. Summarise the event with the athletes following the tests.
