This Care Home is designed to meet a wide range of needs. Catering for 24/7 residential care, elderly care, end of life care, respite care and nursing care, service users with a range of mental health and physical disabilities are afforded the best possible care. We are now looking for qualified Night Nurses to join our team Once probation has been completed a bonus of £750.00 will be paid to you Main Responsibilities: Assessing and planning nursing care requirements. Providing pre- and post-operation care. Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions. Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures. writing records. Supervising junior staff. Organising workloads. Providing emotional support to patients and relatives. Requirements: Team Player. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
