If you’re a HR Business Partner looking to develop in a fun and friendly team, then this is the job for you We’re currently searching for someone with a general back of HR experience with CIPD level 5 or 7. This role is excellent for someone looking to provide a wide range of support - from contracts, to payroll to grievances. The main part of this role is to go in to this new role and revolutionise the HR department. The systems are very manual at the moment and they understand they need to computerise a lot of these processes so they can focus on being a great HR department. Have you set up systems before? Have you had experience in streamlining a HR department? Then this could be your next role. Someone with a strong background in systems around HR, Payroll and HR Metrics are what our client needs.
