Overview

My client is a well established, reputable and growing business with offices on the outskirts of Bicester. They have a new opportunity in their team for a permanent Customer Service Administrator. Reporting into the Team Leader, the key responsibilities will be to: Direct and co-ordinate all activities involved in the administration of the companies offering in order to maximise profits and deliver operating standards in order to provide customer satisfaction. Fully explain to clients the benefits of purchasing the product, then complete all necessary paperwork relating to the sale. Deal efficiently and effectively with all telephone calls into the office, in accordance with company procedures and standards, ensuring that all messages are delivered appropriately. Ensuring all paperwork is completed and updating the CRM system with service details and clients’ details ensuring 100% accuracy at all times. Ensure conformity with data protection and GDPR legislation relating to the handling of client information. Ensuring that paperwork is delivered within time limits to all concerned including other sites, suppliers and partnered organisations. Act with due diligence when using company assets, and to ensure that documents and important data are safe and secure. Undertake such tasks as directed in order to promote the business. Be responsible for ensuring clients are received and greeted in the appropriate manner. Ensure that the client is fully aware of the cost of the services to be provided and company terms and conditions of payment (including full payment due in advance). Maximise opportunities to develop the services offered to clients in conjunction with the Team Leader. Responsible for ensuring all client complaints are dealt with appropriately in accordance with company Complaints Procedure. Candidates that apply should have previous Customer Service as well as Administration experience. Strong communication skills are essential, both verbally and written, you must have good attention to detail, be calm and empathetic as well as possessing good IT skills.
