Overview
My client a fast-moving business are looking to add an Expeditor to their ranks. You will be responsible for the following: Work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure we meet, or exceed, our customers’ delivery requirements To continuously work towards 100% customer on time delivery performance Coordinating and executing external subcontract processing requirements to meet customer delivery commitments Evaluate performance of suppliers constantly seeking improvement, working with other members of the purchasing team to identify poor performing suppliers and implementation of improvement plans Forward thinking order-book assessment to identify delivery and quality issues ahead of time Skills and Experience needed: Experience in a Manufacturing or Product based environment Able to work proactively both individually and as part of a small team
