Overview
£19,000 per annum plus bonus and additional benefits. Netwirking Recruitment are currently working with a well-established and award winning financial institution based just outside of the Newcastle City Centre who are looking to add a Customer Service representatives to their state of the art, modern Head Office. The role would be well suited to a recent graduate or an ambitious, driven individual who’s looking for a long term career within a business who will continuously support you and where you can grow your current skill-set. If you’re enthusiastic and have a strong work ethic then I'd be really keen to hear from you. Your Responsibilities; - Building and maintaining relationships with clients - Inbound support calls - Provide System Support - Email Support - Provide training via telephone or video conference calls.
