Overview
My client is an established and independent recruitment specialist in the housing, public sector and care and support fields. We work nationally on temporary, contract and permanent resourcing. Their culture offers a working week of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm within a friendly long-standing team. Due to continued business growth and the opening of a new division, they are looking for another consultant at senior level or looking to take that next stage in their career. They are looking for someone who has experience but also the vision to work outside the common restraints of recruitment, leading a small team and developing existing relationships and new business. With opportunities further down the line for career development, the ideal post holder is going to be someone looking for a rewarding and long-standing career with a business that they can put their own stamp on. The post holder will manage and lead a small team and work on a busy desk with existing clients, managing key accounts and sourcing temporary and permanent job briefs with our housing and supported living divisions. You will also play a part in creating new ideas to market new business and strengthen relationships with existing clients. They are looking for a proactive, creative and confident individual who understands the recruitment cycle and can develop strong client and candidate relationships in order to maximise the potential of accounts. Knowledge of Housing and/or public sector would also be an advantage as would experience of running a small team of resourcers. The head office is based in Ecclesfield, with easy access to Junction 35 of the M1 and free parking. Starting salary bracket is £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience and this will be subject to regular review and there will also be an attractive bonus related pay structure and career progression.
