With an intensive growth strategy, we are looking to recruit up to 20 new ‘Fast Track’ Retail Assistant Managers to help lead our retail boutiques at sea. This is a superb opportunity for driven and determined candidates to join us in our enlightening and intensive 12-week training programme; and progress your career at your speed. As part of the retail management team, you will be a role model and responsible for running a team of retail sales assistants and product specialists. Your team will create a unique customer journey, with amazing retail experiences and memories that last a lifetime. Providing outstanding customer service and maximising sales profits, whilst consistently delivering the highest possible standards both on the shop floor and in back operations.
