Or have you worked at sea before and want to return? With an intensive growth strategy, we are looking to recruit up to 20 new ‘Fast Track’ Retail Assistant Managers to help lead our retail boutiques at sea. This is a superb opportunity for driven and determined candidates to join us in our enlightening and intensive 12-week training programme; and progress your career at your speed. As part of the retail management team, you will be a role model and responsible for running a team of retail sales assistants and product specialists. Your team will create a unique customer journey, with amazing retail experiences and memories that last a lifetime. Providing outstanding customer service and maximising sales profits, whilst consistently delivering the highest possible standards both on the shop floor and in back operations.
