Overview
Gable Essex Ltd are recruiting for X2 Permanent Shift Manager for our client based in Rainham. Our client is the largest supermarket chain in the UK, they have a wide selection of fresh and frozen produce Your Responsibilities: Ability to motivate, organise and ensure that all set productivity targets are deliver Train, develop and mentor all colleagues within each department To ensure that stock control is effectively maintained at all times, delivering accurate inventory figure. Deliver and fulfill both operational and directional objectives ensuring both internal and external customer expectations needed. Produce reports on monthly and weekly annual basis detailing warehouse performance around key performance indicators. Plan current and future capacity stock levels, ensuring accurate stock compliance. Health and Safety compliance is maintained at all times, along with cleanliness and security of work environment. Communicate effectively at all levels within the business. Construct and deliverable set of key performance indicators budgets of the warehouse covering people, produce, operational excellence, depreciation factors and cost analysis. Must be have a hands on approach Skills you require to be successful: • A strong knowledge of Health & Safety at work • Leadership qualities including the ability to enthuse and motivate • Excellent analytical and problem solving • Strong IT skills • Excellent organizational skills • Team working and customer focused attitude Minimum of 12 months management experience.
