As a result, we are looking for exceptional consultants to join our incredible journey. A Graduate Recruitment Consultant would be expected to: Use exceptional communication skills to build rapport with both candidates and clients alike Generate new leads and develop client relationships Actively source expert candidates Manage social media presence Manage the recruitment process at every stage Negotiate fees with candidates and clients What makes an ideal applicant? A proven track record of success in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment Sales/Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential Organisation is essential, with evidence of strong written and verbal communication Resilient with a positive attitude Fluent in English What benefits would you be receiving?
