Overview
Our client, a global and innovative business, has a 12 month contract available for a HR Sourcing Lead. This role will oversee the local sourcing and contract management of HR recruitment suppliers for UKI. Milton Keynes based. £230-£240 per day PAYE or Umbrella. Manage the HR recruitment sourcing strategy Identify with key HR stakeholders the sourcing projects in line with the global/regional category strategies Negotiate and implement supplier contracts Promote greater use of Global and Regional Strategic HR Providers Experience Demonstrable experience managing the Procurement methodology and sourcing execution of Recruitment suppliers Strong analytical, influencing and communication skills Strong relationship management Customer-centric approach A bachelor`s degree ideally in business, economics, procurement or relevant professional education Extensive experience in sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
