Court of Protection Solicitor Job - Bristol - Rare Opportunity Your new firm My client is a Top 75 UK law firm with great strength and depth in mental capacity legal work; the team have a national reputation for Court of Protection work and are seeking a Mental Capacity Senior Associate to join their Bristol team at a time of considerable growth as the brand continues to gain momentum and win challenging and high-profile cases. You will have excellent proven technical knowledge and a track record of managing individuals' property and financial affairs; you will ideally have a minimum of four years PQE. You should have experience of some business development and marketing activities and will have excellent all-round communication skills including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
