Overview
Court of Protection Paralegal This is a great opportunity for a hard working Paralegal to join the Court of Protection team of a Top 100 Law firm within their Bristol office. Working alongside extremely knowledgeable and experienced colleagues you will be responsible for managing the financial affairs of vulnerable people due to reasons such as mental incapacity, mental illness or a severe personal injury. This will involve daily contact with your client and with their families plus a range of organisations including but not limited to; Care providers, Government bodies, benefits agencies and local authorities. This will naturally be under the supervision of experienced fee earners within the team. The successful candidate will be an empathetic paralegal who is looking to pursue a career within Court of Protection. You will possess strong academics and excellent communication skills.
