Overview
Court of Protection Solicitor - Bristol Leading national firm Flexible working Multi office locations TSR Legal are currently assisting a national legal practice based in Bristol city centre who are currently looking to recruit a Solicitor to work within the expanding Court of Protection team within the Private Client department. As a Solicitor, you will be responsible for: Assisting the Court of Protection department with all aspects of Court of Protection work with a focus on the management of the financial affairs. Helping with health and welfare matters, of individuals who lack mental capacity to make decisions themselves. Additionally, you will offer a professionally managed deputyship service to clients. As a Solicitor you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Deputyships across the firm and taking on the bulk of existing Deputyship work as well as acting as a Trustee. Working across the company, you will be a key part of an internal referral network. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to take on or grow into a leadership role.
