Job Title - Compliance / Audit & Risk Manager Contract - Permanent Salary - GBP55,000 - GBP60,000 Bonus Car Location - South East The Position:- A leading client of ours an Insurance Broker Network are looking for a Compliance / Audit & Risk Manager. You will be supporting our clients growth and increase the strength and quality of their network, focussed on the oversight of regulatory compliance across your region, whilst also identifying emerging risks. In this role, you will own the oversight and management of first line controls, including taking the lead on compliance audits of different brokers within the patch, breach investigations and oversight of training and competence. You will also lead an operational team to successfully support efficient sales mal-management processes. Alongside the above, you will build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support proactive risk management within your area. The Candidate:- We are looking for forward thinking and operationally savvy compliance professionals with a strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, risk identification and mitigation. Ideally this will have been gained working in the General Insurance industry. Youll be effective at analysing MI, managing budgets and have great attention to detail. Alongside the above, youll have had experience of managing a team, building strong working relationships and influencing stakeholders. Most importantly, you will be able to challenge, drive, motivate and inspire others to achieve positive business outcomes.
