Do you have a strong academic background? Do you have a minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative role? Do you have excellent IT and Communication Skills? If so we would like to hear from you Our client, a leading Law Firm based in Kent, are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their Risk and Compliance team. The small but busy team are responsible for the new client opening process and maintaining the Firm's compliance within it's regulatory obligations. Duties will include: Managing incoming requests to the Risk and Compliance Team Making sure all client details are correctly recorded Liaising with Fee Earners and Partners to collect missing client information Carrying out individual projects or ad hoc tasks to support the development of the Compliance team's systems and procedures The successful candidate will have some experience working in an administrative role, legal knowledge is not required as full training will be provided. You must however possess a strong attention to detail, be highly organised and have a flexible approach to your work. Your excellent communication skills will be put to good use as this role will see you working closely with other members of the Compliance team as well as fee earning teams across the Firm. The role is based in the Tunbridge Wells office, however you may be asked to travel to Kings Hill or London.
