Overview
A position has arisen for a HR Advisor to join our central London based media client, this will be a full time fixed term contract of 3 Months with potential to be extended down the line with a salary of up to £32,000 on offer ideally looking for someone who can start immediately. What does the role entail? As the HR Advisor you will support the HR lead with all HR matters including being the first point of contact for all HR queries. You will work the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to leavers managing the recruitment and on boarding through to exit interviews and everything in between. You will support the HR Lead on a range of ER issues too, conducting interviews and investigations, note taking and formalising notes into letters when required as well. You will also have the responsibility of payroll administration and will also have a variety of other HR duties and projects in your role. What skills will you have? You will have experience in HR similar to that listed above maybe as a previous HR Advisor, HR Officer or a HR Coordinator. Ultimately you must be happy get involved in all areas of HR when needed supporting the HR Lead in all that they do. You will possess great confidentiality, be well organised with a keen eye for detail as well as excellent commination skills written and spoken and working experience of a HR system would be essential.
