CUSTOMER SERVICE - INBOUND / OUTBOUND We are looking for a proactive and experienced call centre advisor to join our client in their friendly and professional contact centre department of their multi-faceted global operation. The company offers full on-site training on the inhouse bookings system as well as the inbound call handling and outbound dialer system, plus full brand coaching and mentoring with the team leaders and supervisors.
