Overview
Business Change Manager Newport £50,000 (negotiable) excellent package Vargo has partnered with a financial services organisation based in Newport that is embarking on an exciting period of transformation. We are looking for someone to establish the change management function and provide leadership for both complex and simple strategic, regulatory and operational change initiatives. We aren’t necessarily looking for someone who has an established track record of managing change portfolios but someone that demonstrates the right behaviours and has experience operating in a change function and a leadership role. You’ll need to be comfortable growing and leading a small team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Continuous Improvement Analysts and understand governance, quality and risks associated with various change initiatives. Any appropriate Change Management Qualifications such as Prince 2 Practitioner Certification, APM Project Professional etc would be great to have but are by no means essential. We are looking for someone that is comfortable working within a small team and contributing to the overall success of the business.
