Overview
Commercial Property Paralegal - Southampton, Hampshire A well regarded law firm based in Southampton are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal for the highly regarded Property department. As a Paralegal within the Property team you will be responsible for acting on behalf of lenders only perfecting security over residential buy-to-let or commercial properties for individuals, trusts, limited liability partnerships as well as companies. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for fee earning, running your own caseload/transaction with supervision from more Senior members of the department. You will be responsible for dealing with the receipt and dispatch of funds to complete the finance, preparing the relevant security and documents from templates, reviewing valuation reports, reviewing of title and transactional documents as well as liaising with both clients over the telephone and in person. To be considered for this role, this client is looking for a candidate who has experience of dealing with sale and purchases of commercial property or residential transaction and has the ability to work to strict deadlines.
