Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced personal injury paralegal to join a leading specialist defendant Personal Injury Department in the office in Southampton. This forward thinking Legal 100 law firm has a proven track record within defendant personal injury law and is looking for an experienced (1 years' PQE) paralegal to join a busy Personal Injury Team. You will be handling your own caseload of fee earning in large loss, complex injury work including assisting on multi-million pound brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and fatal claims and you will be working towards your own billing targets. The role will require you to undertake a variety of file handling and non-file handling tasks within the Serious Injury Department. You must already be a personal injury paralegal with either a defendant or claimant background. You will have excellent organisational skills and will be confident to take on fee earning work under supervision.
