You will be working on a mixed caseload and be exposed to a variety of interesting matters. Areas of Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution you will be dealing with include: Commercial contract disputes Professional negligence Misrepresentation Partnership and shareholder disputes Debt recovery Landlord and tenant disputes Land and building disputes Boundaries and squatters' rights Trust of land claims The ideal candidate will have: Will demonstrate a legal background within Litigation / Dispute Resolution law Fast, accurate typing speeds Experience of case preparation Legal research and legal drafting experience Business development and networking skills Demonstrates and develops a high-quality level of technical expertise High level of English language, numeracy and time management skills
