Project Manager - Broadcast Operations
Overview
An international broadcaster is looking for a project manager to implement new business processes and manage change relating to talent management. What will you be doing? Developing templates for projects centred around the talent lifecycle - including contract negotiations, working with relevant teams and producing status reports. Manage who is responsible for which deliverables and keep to deadlines. Facilitate meetings and build great relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Manage onboarding toolkits. Navigate potential problems and barriers. Track and document Talent KPI's in relation to the broadcast business. Travel may be required. What sort of person are you? 3 years' experience in project management or operations. Capacity to manage many projects at once Experience in TV and entertainment Sports background is very desirable (Sport production) Ability to thrive in a high-profile, detail-orientated environment Deadline and results driven Ability to work in global and complex environment. Incredibly organise and able to solve problems. Diplomacy is key and skill at maintaining composure.
