Overview

Our client, a leading international bank, is looking for a Data Integrity Analyst for their Data Integrity Unit based in London. Job Purpose The DIA is responsible for all analytical functions related to Data Integrity Unit(DIU) including performing a thorough review of customer data and updating the Bank portfolio with accuracy, in accordance with new data obtained. As a member of the DIU, DIA will be performing remedial exercise in accordance with the procedures and guidelines set in place by the Bank. Customer documents will be reviewed accordingly, and DIA will identify any gaps in information to ensure all the KYC (CDD & EDD, as applicable) data /documents have been obtained. DIA are required to capture all necessary information in the bank's Data Base for updating crucial information impacting the Core Banking System(s), therefore, ensuring that there are no gaps in the data, data integrity & accuracy when updating the information. The role will involve liaising with all Branches, relevant Centralized Departments and will be reporting to Head of Department. Key Accountabilities Carry out remedial exercise on completed cases ensuring all the required actions have been carried out and uploaded on Bank Data Base. Use High Level of Attention to Detail to complete tasks with the 'right first time, every time' mindset. Managing workload pressure and ensuring dead line are met according to business needs Updating MDS (Master Data Sheet) and relevant systems regularly and accurately, competing check list requirement to ensure completion of case. Monitor own performance to ensure operational goals and agreed targets are met, in term of quality and productivity. Communicate and coordinate effectively and efficiently with relevant Branches and departments to obtain KYC documents in order to address any documentational gaps identified by DIU specialist. Provide update regularly on progress in meeting with head of department and HOR Minimum qualifications: Educated to university level Minimum experience: Ideally 1-2 years Retail Banking experience Must Have Skills: Good Knowledge of MS Office applications Strong attention to details. Good Communication Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and ability to liaise with cross functional Teams. Highly disciplined person, self-motivated, and delivery focused. Preferred Skills: A proven track record of relevant KYC experience (i.e. Quality Assurance, Client On boarding) Data Management experience.
