Project Coordinator £30,000 - £35,000 City THE COMPANY: Our client, based in fantastic offices near to London Bridge, is a global risk consultancy. They require an experienced Project Coordinator to join their established team. This is a fast-paced, demanding role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy. THE ROLE: The Project Coordinator’s role will include: - Assist with the setting up of a supportive PMO for the department - Conducting all operational activities associated to project lifecycle, including set-up, work in progress and invoicing - Provide support to project managers by collating assigned resources, deadlines, and project rates - Work with Stakeholders to create and implement suitable tools and processes to facilitate resource planning and project management - Manage the billing schedule including inter-company invoicing - Provide system and process training to coordinators and consultants THE PERSON: - Previous experience within a similar Project Coordinator role in a professional services environment with experience of resource planning - Experience working within a PMO - Advanced Excel skills - Experience of working in a team, with a range of people across different departments - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Must possess a professional and approachable manner - Excellent organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise own workload - Must possess a high level of integrity, loyalty and discretion Our mission: To be the leading Executive Secretarial & Support recruitment consultancy in London, for employers and jobseekers alike.
