Your new role Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will partner closely with the senior management team to drive business objectives and support managers with complex ER cases This is a hands-on role and the successful candidate will thrive in a busy Sales and Contact centre environment, working hand in hand with the team to deliver results in a pragmatic way. You will also oversee the recruitment & talent management area across the business and make sure all business outcomes are met. You will strategically support the recruitment manager in bringing the right talent in to the business that has a high number of vacancies due to growth & the nature of a contact centre environment. You will have a strong dotted line in to the operations director and provide strategic input on your business area which will allow you to really add value and make a difference. What you'll need to succeed This is a fast paced, progressive role which allows for clear career development for the successful candidate to grow with the company. The successful candidate must have contact centre experience whilst currently working in a fast-paced senior HR position. You must be Tenacious, resilient and be able to deliver results in a high-pressured environment. You will have experience of partnering senior leaders and have the tenacity to 'push back' when needed and build strong relationships. You will also have experience of overseeing recruitment/talent ideally within a high-volume capacity and be able to make key business decisions when required.
