Overview
This is an interim ER Advisor role for 3-6 months on a fixed term contract. The role is highly operational, supporting a colleague with ER issues such as grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, TUPE, appeals, etc. The role is full time. Client Details My client are based in Sevenoaks. Description Supporting with ER cases such as disciplinaries, grievances and investigations Working in collaboration with company divisions to drive best practice and oversee risk-averse decisions Work with the HR team to make sure the company HR policies procedures and services are upheld to the most recent legislation. Profile You will be immediately available or available at short notice You will have a demonstrable experience of working in a similar role You will have managed your own case load You will ideally be CIPD qualifed Job Offer £35,000-£40,000 salary depending on experience Full time hours
