Prioritising People With Compassion & Care We have a requirement for a Registered Band 5 Nurse to become a member of one of Kents best established Care Homes, your place of work will have surroundings of open gardens with a bright and airy garden room, where residents can relax in peaceful surroundings. You will work within an elegantly-styled, open-plan, living complex where you will become a valued team member. We offer excellent rates of Pay with salary and loyalty benefits to reward your commitment Nurse Duties: * Assessing residents' physical, psychological, social and emotional needs * Administering Care and Medication * Maintain Patient Records and develop care plans * Safeguarding About you: * Registered Nurse (Active NMC) * Previous experience in a similar environment - Desirable * Good Interpersonal Skills * Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families * Experience with Dementia Care- Desirable
