Overview

A global management consultancy is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their fast-paced, dynamic team. Key responsibilities include: Work with the HR Business Partner Director and Manager to execute the people strategy in support of the business groups and wider firms strategies Develop in-depth knowledge of the firm's strategy, business drivers, all other Business Communities, geographies and culture and be able to effectively communicate these both internally and externally Develop strong working relationships and interface effectively with the HR Business Partnering team and wider firm Support the team by owning performance management logistics including overseeing an administrator Prepare performance review summaries Provide face to face and tailored induction to junior consultants and corporate services Support Career Coach, individual and L&D team to ensure L&D appropriate solutions and corporate services hires This person will: Be educated to degree level (2:1) or equivalent Have proven experience in professional services environment supporting the business in an HR capacity Have HR and Talent Management experience Have solid experience of performance management, talent management and coaching Have excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly Thrive on change and the need to self-develop If interested, please apply directly.
