Overview
Your new company A government organisation based in the buzzy City of London. Your new role A 12 month FTC HR BP role, where you will partner with managers within your designated client group across the generalist remit of HR including; employee relations, recruitment strategies, workforce planning and change programmes. Using your business acumen, you will strive to provide expert advice whilst being aware of potential risks and opportunities, with a nod to fostering strong relationships across the business, and on some occasions with trade unions. What you'll need to succeed As an experienced partner, you will have a natural aptitude for communicating effectively in hand with influencing and engaging others into your way of thinking You will be solutions orientated, proactive and a team player.
