Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Asset Planning Manager to join an ambitious housing association who has undergone a period of positive business change The Assets Team invests circa £20m per annum and is responsible for delivering value for money, customer focused services across the organisations assets Y You will be responsible for setting the investment programmes, developing the asset database and supporting the development of the Asset Investment Strategy, Investment Plans and Programmes by providing high quality data analysis, reporting and performance management. Areas of responsibilities highlighted below: - ensure all responsive, cyclical and major investment programmes are managed through the asset database and drive the performance monitoring, reporting and performance improvement framework in relation to these activities. - ensure that the Asset Register is up to date and that the underpinning data systems are utilised effectively to manage all asset changes - production of data analysis and profiling to enrich the quality of the data held within the asset systems and to drive the development of short, medium and long term asset investment programmes - developing the future Investment Plans using high quality data and staff and customer feedback - managing the Asset Planning Team including staff development, work load planning and quality management This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive "can do" attitude with the drive and strong personality to shape the business unit and make a real positive impact on the business If you demonstrate the above experience and interested in hearing more contact Liam Jones on or Badenoch Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
