As our Asset Manager you'll play a key role in the development and implementation of an effective asset management and climate change strategy for our properties within our place areas. You'll be responsible for leading the assets team to support the business plan and provide customers with quality housing solutions. Working in line with One Manchester's strategies and objectives, you'll ensure we meet compliance obligations while ensuring programmes of investment work to maintain properties to an appropriate standard in terms of decent homes and energy performance. You'll be developing a long-term investment programme strategy and as you set up projects in accordance with financial and regulatory requirements and legal obligations, you'll ensure the best interests of One Manchester are protected. We're looking for someone with outstanding and extensive experience of operating at management level in Asset Management - someone who can work effectively with stakeholders with the ability to assess risk associated with asset decisions. You'll need MRICS or other appropriate qualification with an up to date knowledge of relevant legislation.
