Overview
A leading technology solutions business based in Fareham is looking for a Customer Support Advisor who is passionate about creating the best possible experience for their customers. This newly created role plays a pivotal function in providing effective administrative support to the sales and customer contact teams and contributes to the smooth running of the entire operation: Typical duties include: Ensuring and transfers, returns and cancellations are dealt with efficiently Action any administrative changes and changes in process for major vendors Deal with customer queries and escalate and complaints to the right senior managers Sales order processing for new customers and ensuring new accounts are set up correctly Perform analysis of any payments made to customers as a credit or good will gesture and protect business revenue.
