Senior Customer Service Co ordinator Fareham Very competitive Salary and benefits package We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Customer Services professional from a manufacturing environment, and with team supervisory experience, to be responsible for the provision of high levels of customer service and support to the customer base, Customer Service team and Customer Service manager. Responsibilities: To be responsible for the day to day management of allocated customer accounts through liaison with internal departments, escalating any appropriate issues to the Customer Services Manager. To provide timely, accurate and reliable information to customers at each stage of the process - enquiries, orders, deliveries, appointments and complaints. To build strong working relationships with external and internal customers based on mutual respect and trust. Lead customer meetings on and off site to review Account status and support new business development. To Champion the customers interests by solving problems, resolving uncertainty and liaising with internal teams and the customer to ensure the availability of accurate and reliable information on order status. To deliver accurate and timely input and maintenance of customer orders and schedules onto SYSPRO. To perform Sales Order Review on all sales orders processed_to ensure obligations undertaken by the company are in line with offers made and commercial objectives. To monitor and report on delivery performance and liaise with production and supply chain to ensure objectives are met. To produce and assist in the production of business analysis data to highlight trends and identify improvement opportunities. To support the Customer Service Manager to co-ordinate workload, drive continuous improvement and supervise the Customer Service team. Provide cover for the Customer Service Manager as necessary based on experience. Experience of working in a Manufacturing environment and an understanding of corresponding business processes is essential.
