Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Coordinator for our client based in the Whiteley area. You will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service and support. They are looking for a highly responsive, Pro-Active candidate who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must uphold a professional image at all times and have strong attention to detail. You must be flexible in your approach to work, remain calm under pressure and be happy working alone and as part of a team Responsibilities: To be responsible for the day to day management of allocated customer accounts. Escalate any appropriate issues to management. Provide timely, accurate and reliable information to customers - enquiries, orders, delivers, appointments and complaints. Relationship management. Lead customer meetings on and off site. Support new business development. Deliver accurate and timely input. To perform Sales Order Reviews on all sales orders. Monitor and report on delivery performances. To produce and assist in the production of business analysis data to highlight trends and identify improvement opportunities. Support the Customer Service. Provide cover for the Customer Service Manager as necessary. Having experience of working in a Manufacturing environment and an understanding of corresponding business processes is essential. Should you be interested please apply today or email .
