Overview

Morgan Hunt is currently working with a based major UK charity to find a HR Operations Manager to join them on a permanent basis and to be based in south west London. The purpose of the role is to be the lead for the charity's HR information system and to develop robust processes which ensure the maintenance and intergrity of all systems and data across the team as well as to lead, manage and devleop the HR administration team. The daily duties of the HR Operations Manager role are: Manage the day to day duties of the HR Shared Services team including team escalations, ensuring service level agreements and customer satisfaction scores are met, team and individual coaching and guidance To review and redesign administration processes as a result of new systems, applying LEAN principles and achieving deficiencies. To review the shared services for transactional HR processes; delivering improvements where necessary. To manage the relationship with the Associations, Managed Service Provider who are responsible for the delivery of external appointments and the supply of temporary staff. The ideal applicant for the HR Operations Manager will: Have knowledge of managing HR information and systems. Have previous experience of successfully leading and managing a team as you will be heading a team of three. have excellent knowledge of payroll and benefits processes. Have experience of developing and implementing a shared service model, including self service.
