Internal Recruiter - keep the buzz of sales but without the BD You will be working for a specialist, market-leading Accountancy and Finance Recruitment Company based in the heart of London. Since starting in 2008, they have grown the business to 120 consultants and are looking to double that over the next 3 years between their offices in London and New York (opportunities to travel to NY office). Ideal opportunities for existing recruitment consultants looking to move away from 360 recruitment and into a consultative delivery role where you will be an integral part of growing your company Earning potential of Internal Recruiter £40-£45k basic salary commission Looking to grow to 300 people by 2022 Experienced hires: £1000 commission Trainee hires: £500 commission Training of Internal Recruiter You will be working closely alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition who has 8 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Your first 3 months will consist of an intense training course where you will be trained on how to find the best candidates in the market, how to control the process and how to identify who is the best fit for the company and why.
