Pharmacovigilance Associate - Woking - 9 Month Contract - £Competitive Carrot Pharma Recruitment are working on behalf of a visionary Global Pharmaceutical Company to recruit an experienced Pharmacovigilance Associate to cover a 9-month contract. My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Pharmacovigilance Associate to cover a 9-month maternity contract working from their offices based in Woking, Surrey. The Role As Affiliate Pharmacovigilance Associate you will be responsible for contributing to all PV activities to successfully implement and execute the companies overall PV Mission and Strategies. Your role will involve working as part of a close-knit PV team to carry out case processing, manual tracking and the management of PV systems for both UK and European Affiliates. Duties will include Management of Product safety Information - ensuring safety information is received from all sources (Medical literature, market research, patient support) and relayed to relevant Regional Global PV Headquarters. PV Quality and Compliance - Work within internal company procedures to ensure full compliance with Regulatory requirements Maintenance of PV Systems - Undertake activities to assess and maintain PV systems and maintain a state of inspection readiness. Working in collaboration - work throughout the companies' commercial team to support PV intelligence and deliver training on PV awareness. You To be considered for this role my client is looking for the following Minimum BA/BS (Pharmacy, Medical or Biomedical/Life Sciences preferred) preferably with an advanced professional degree Minimum of 12 months experience within PV and/or combined PV/ RA/QA experience. Good understanding of local industry codes of practice and local PV regulations and guidelines This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PV Associate to gain experience working for a leading Global Pharmaceutical company.
