Senior Credit Risk Analyst - £44,000 - £46,000 bonus pension benefits Client: Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a market leading retail organisation who are currently looking to expand their team. Role: The Senior Risk Analyst position plays a key role within a busy Financial Services function, with responsibility for the development and implementation of credit risk strategy. Duties will include; Identifying new opportunities through analytical techniques that deliver commercial benefits and improve customer outcomes Identification of the commercial impact of all strategy opportunities with presentation back to the leadership team Implementation of strategy changes Design and build of the credit risk monitoring performance pack with written evaluation of performance together with any further actions and analysis identified from this Undertaking complex ad-hoc analysis to support the credit risk team in decision making across the credit lifecycle Designing and implementing KPI’s to track all strategy changes, this will include tracking of benefits against an agreed forecasted position Undertaking analysis to independently validate model benefits working closely with the Senior Risk Modelling Analyst Taking on the role of Credit Risk Business Lead for tactical initiatives Developing key stakeholder relationships across the business to include IT, Marketing, Legal and Compliance Person: The Senior Credit Risk Analyst role will suit a candidate with; Significant recent experience in Credit Risk Experience of working within ‘New Customer’ or ‘Existing Customer’ areas Strong analytical and system skills (including advanced MS Excel) To apply for the Senior Credit Risk Analyst position please use the link provided, visit the Castlefield website, or contact Hannah Penny via LinkedIn.
