Overview
Our client's next Customer Service Manager will have a Financial Services background, with an emphasis on training and supporting their team. Your main role will be to manage the Customer Services Team day to day activity, update and maintain all procedure for financial advice and to ensure all client information is recorded on the sytems effectively. Our client requires their next Customer Services Manager to have extensive experience in Financial Services Administration, supervising teams. L4 Qualification is desirable. You must be collaborative, with a high level of accuracy and brilliant organisation skills.
