Main role / Responsibilities: [will include but not be limited to]: Providing technical support to customers via remote assistance, over the phone and face to face on site Fixing various issues with primarily Windows PCs Hardware repairs of PCs and Servers Logging tickets and recording tasks on the system Working in an existing team of technical experts Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship Salary: £170.00 per week Desired qualities and skills: Understanding of working with computers and hardware Experience of customer service would be beneficial Hardworking and eager to learn Organised and proactive. Experience: IT Support: 1 year (Preferred) Education: A-Level or equivalent (Required) Licence: Driving License (Required) or learning to drive - as own vehicle is a necessity to the role. Important Information: QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education. To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
