Overview
Communications & Training Manager- Insurance Our client, a leading Lloyd's Insurer based in the City of London, is actively looking for a Communications & Training Manager with Insurance experience to join them on a fixed term contract basis (6 months with view to extend). The selected individual will be involved in the rollout of communications & training for the entire operational staff on new systems and processes. Responsibilities: Work with the business SMEs to create training materials Rolling out training to staff on new systems Communicating all training updates to relevant teams & functions Be responsible for all internal & external communications, primarily to 3rd party vendors Key Skills: A proven track record in internal and external communication delivery Experience in developing & designing complex training material Delivering systems training to cross functional teams Creating process maps and communication strategies Insurance experience, preferably within underwriting Ability to work with both business and IT SMEs This role is offered on a 6-month basis with the possibility for extension.
