Overview
Our Client, a well-known independent estate agency based in the Burnham Market area is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Sales Negotiator ideally who has valuing experience but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has some previous estate agency experience and ultimately looking to progress with a reputable estate agent. You must be keen to get stuck in and committed to offering outstanding customer service. Local knowledge is desirable, and you will benefit from a busy and fun environment. Responsibilities: Registering applicants and greeting customers Negotiating sales Progress sales through to completion. Conduct viewings with potential buyers Canvassing to generate new business Generate and arrange valuations Follow up leads over the phone and face-to-face Requirements: Previous estate agency experience Sales valuation experience desirable but not essential Excellent customer service Local Knowledge Proactive and positive approach Polite telephone manner Career-minded Willingness to learn and develop a career Full UK Driving license and use of a car Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.30pm, Saturday 9.00pm - 12.00pm (with half day in lieu) Or Saturday 9.00am - 5.30pm (Day off in lieu) 5 day week Salary: £18,000 Basic £2,000 Car Allowance, £25,000 - £35,000 OTE Due to high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
