Overview
Unified Communications Engineer - Microsoft Teams, Skype, Mitel, Exchange Online Unified Communications Engineer required to join international law firm in Central London. The Engineer would be responsible for service management and technical delivery of work across the areas of Skye/Teams, Telephony and collaboration tools. The person in question should possess technical experience in: Teams, Skype for Business, Mitel, Exchange Online This position is a project focused, not support role, the Engineer would work on projects such as; a global migration to Microsoft Teams from Skype (including Enterprise Voice), migration of traditional telephony to cloud solutions and a Zoom Integration. Key responsibilities: Responsible for the successful delivery of Unified Communications within a Service Management framework and in line with the agreed standards and Service Levels Responsible for managing the resolution of major incidents and any escalated issues for Unified Communications services Responsible for contributing to the delivery of technological change across Unified Communications To be the technical authority for Unified Communications services managed by the Unified Communications team Responsible for the security, resilience and monitoring of the Unified Communications services
