Customer Support Administrator - 12 Month Contract Godalming £18 - £22K plus benefits My client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Support Administrator to join their team within the heart of surrey. The Customer Support Administrator will responsible for providing outstanding customer service to their clients. The Customer Support Administrator will: Identify any issues and report these to the management team Be the first point of contract for both internal and external customer related issues Be responsible of ticket queue alongside team members, ensuring these are actioned within the agreed time level Sharing knowledge of customer accounts and process to ensure team members provide the same level of service Work alongside the Account Managers in managing the customer accounts on a daily basis Be responsible of managing the ticket quote system to ensure these are resolved within the agreed SLA's Deliver effective working relationships with key customer contacts and ensure customers' expectations are met Continuously update the team members on the clients' activity and processes to ensure the same level of service is provided to the clients Assist the team with any other administrative duties The Ideal candidate will: Have strong communication skills; both verbal and written Work well under a pressurised environment Have outstanding attention to detail and a good working knowledge of Microsoft office Have a good knowledge of the mobile, hardware and web portal modules Be collaborative with a solution-focused approach You will be working on a shift pattern with the earliest start time at 8am and latest finish time at 6pm. Some off site travel will be required.
