We now have an exciting opportunity to join one of the South West's leading employers as a Development Coordinator to join our team in Exeter. What will you be doing? As a Development Coordinator, you will develop applications for new water and sewer requisitions in accordance with industry guidance, service level requirements and Water Industry Act. You’ll represent South West Water at meetings with customers, developers and other interest groups to ensure South West Water’s position is maintained and supported. The Development Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the necessary details, consents and approved drawings are available to enable Legal and Property Services to deliver requisition agreements. You’ll deliver projects in line with the financial rules within the business and wider requirements of Ofwat/Water Industry Act. Additionally, you will hold effective cross functional relationships to support with the management of applications and onward delivery of schemes and work in accordance with our Service Level Agreements and target customer experience. What do you need? NVQ Level 3 in Civil Engineering, construction in the build environment or similar Experience in Customer Service environment Computing experience with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Effective oral and written communication skills Organised and strong decision maker NEC Contract Management and experience in Design and Construction Clean and Waste apparatus would be advantageous What can South West Water do for you?
