Part Time Purchase Ledger job opportunity based in Harrogate. Your new company Hays Accountancy and Finance are currently recruiting for a part time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a successful, established organisation on a permanent basis. This role is being offered on a part time basis at 20 hours per week to be completed over 4-5 days per week. Your new role Within this role you will be accountable for the whole purchase ledger process, from purchase orders through to invoices and reconciliation. Duties could include making payments via bank transfer, processing staff expenses, setting up supplier accounts and reconciling statements. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will need previous experience within a similar role. You will be organised and have excellent attention to detail as well as strong communication skills. What you'll get in return In return you will be offered a competitive salary that will be pro-rated accordingly. The company provide parking. The ideal working hours would be Monday - Friday 9:00-13:00 but some flexibility can be provided to suit you.
