Brilliant opportunity to join a well-established business based in Harrogate within the purchase ledger team. Reporting directly to the purchase ledger manager your main responsibilities will include the following; Process high volume invoices ensuring that they are matched and batched in line with deadlines. Maintain the purchase ledger system Liaise with suppliers and internal in relations to any invoice queries Reconcile supplier statements Assist in weekly payment runs Complete finance administration when needed You will be able to demonstrate : Working well within a fast paced environment Confident in handling any queries which may arise Work well within a team but also competent in working alone Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Basic knowledge of finance software High attention to detail Excellent organisational and communicational skills With a proven track recorded of internal promotion this is a great opportunity for a purchase ledger clerk to build and develop their career.
