Overview
We established Marketing Agency working with top industry brands are looking for a Client Accounts Assistant to work with the Account Management teams supporting them with all projects finance related matters. You will liaise with the rest of the finance team but the role mainly sits with Accounts management team, this will give you an opportunity to really understand how they work and how their clients expect them to communicate. You will be responsible for setting up the client, job opening, some invoicing (more coordinating), all projects reconciliations and reporting. You will help with manual payments, time transfers and deal with billing queries. This role developed over the last year and we are expecting it to grow even further, it will really depend on your capabilities and initiative. The team is very open minded, love to hear new ideas that will help them work better and more efficient with their clients and subsequently be more profitable. This role is a 3m months temp role to perm to start at the beginning of March.
