Overview
Customer Service Advisor I am currently recruiting for a company based in Burton On Trent who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team This company offers fantastic benefits such as an early finish on a Friday ,34 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), enhanced pension scheme, free on-site parking, and lots of career progression within the company. You will be working in their Customer Service Centre, dealing with customer queries this could the general public or other businesses. Main Duties will include • Answering the telephone in a professional manner • Dealing with any enquiries from customers • Processing orders • Develop Customer relationships • Prioritising workloads to ensure value can be added to customer's accounts • Set service levels and department objectives • Identify any service barriers and offer solutions to the business professionally • Actively seek customer feedback for service improvements. This position is based on the A38 so you will need to have your own transport.
